Attorney
Ariel Rofeim, Esq.
Founder of Rofeim Law, APC Ariel brings a distinctive approach to legal advocacy that has been forged by a relentless pursuit towards justice. Ariel’s success is based upon treating every case as a singular occurrence and learning his clients’ personal stories. He believes that advocating on behalf of plaintiffs takes more than an understanding of the law but an ability to connect to the other side —whether that be an insurance company or defense counsel, to the daily life of what his clients experience.
Ariel emphasizes that personal injury cases are far more detrimental to one’s life than the property damage or the medical bills they incur; they are intrusive and often violent experiences that his clients never forget.
With experience working within the Executive Branch of the federal government and a background that includes navigating complex insurance claims against Fortune 500 companies, Ariel specializes in cases involving significant life-altering events, such as severe and often catastrophic injuries or the depreciation and loss of use of high-value automotive vehicles. His goal is to provide his clients specialized legal expertise and a dedicated support system, ensuring they can move forward with a strong advocate in their corner.
EDUCATION
Ariel received a scholarship to pursue his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in New York City, NY. He obtained his J.D. within two years – a rare achievement reached by less than .01% of all law students in the United States each year.
During his legal education, he ranked at the top of his class in Negotiation, Insurance law, and Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice. After law school, he completed a year-long clerkship for California’s top defense trial firm. The firm defended many Fortune 500 corporations, including popular ride-sharing companies and automobile manufacturers.
Ariel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley where he studied International Relations, and Theater and Performance Studies. He was selected as a Pembroke-King’s Scholar by the University of Cambridge (UK) and earned a cumulative 4.0 GPA across all courses; including War, International Security, and English Common Law.
After completing his degree, Ariel was selected out of a national pool of candidates by former President Barack Obama to be a White House Intern. While at The White House, Ariel was recruited by the Foreign Policy Working Group, Domestic Policy Council, and Office of White House Fellows.
ASSOCIATIONS
Ariel has been recognized by Super Lawyer’s Magazine as a California Rising Star —a distinction awarded to less than 2.5% of attorneys in California. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Association for Justice, Beverly Hills Bar Association and American Bar Association where he sits on the Litigation and Tort Trial & Insurance Practice sections.
